Terms of service
This page is a plain-English summary of how we work while our formal, legal-reviewed terms of service are being finalised before launch. Every paid project is also covered by a written agreement specific to that project.
Scope and pricing
Before any work starts, we agree scope, timeline and budget in writing. Our engagement models (fixed project, monthly retainer, or dedicated team) are outlined on the homepage.
Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, the code, designs and accounts we built for you are yours.
Support
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support. After that, you can move to a monthly retainer or contact us as needed.
